Terms of Service

These terms govern website design and hosting services provided by CashelWeb. By placing an order or paying a deposit, you agree to these terms.

Service scope

We provide a simple business website package that includes design, hosting, domain support, routine updates, and basic SEO setup.

Pricing and payment model

Annual price is €249. A €99 deposit is required to begin work. The remaining €150 is due when the website is approved and ready to go live.

Payment processing

Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our own systems. Stripe's terms and privacy policies apply to payment processing.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, lawful content, and timely feedback. Delays in content delivery can delay project completion.

Domain and content ownership

You retain ownership of your business content and branding. Domain registration is managed for your benefit and should remain under your business control.

Go-live and renewals

Final payment is required before launch. Annual renewal fees apply to continue hosting and support services.

Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals before the next annual billing date. Deposit refund rules are detailed in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable content

We may refuse or remove content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, or otherwise in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.

Analytics and tracking consent

We may use HubSpot analytics and attribution tools to improve our services. These tools are only enabled after consent to non-essential cookies, in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CashelWeb is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business interruption, or third party service outages.
