Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds are handled for CashelWeb projects and payments.

Deposit refunds (€99)

The deposit is refundable within 7 calendar days of payment, provided work has not started. Once build work begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Final payment (€150)

The final payment is due before launch. Once the site is approved and launched, final payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Refund processing method

Approved refunds are issued back through Stripe to the original payment method, subject to Stripe processing times and card issuer timelines.

Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us first before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues quickly and fairly.
